x737 aircraft v 4.1.1 and x737FMC v2.2 released
A perfect team for your sim
For all x737 pilots there is a new version of our award-winning x737project Boeing 737-800 simulation available. Based on the v4 release we have worked on a number of issues and request to make this bird even better. Of course x737 is free for all X-Plane users. Download the x737project version 4.1 aircraft (updated to 4.1.1 October 25th) from the Aircraft section of our website. A patch for early downloaders to update to version 4.1.1 is provided there.
Alongside with our x737 v4.1 aircraft Javier Cortes has released a fantastic new version of his x737FMC/UFMC software. A list of new features and modifications is attached below. The update is free for all x737FMC/UFMC customers. See more details on thex737FMC/UFMC website.



Modification, fixes and new features
1. Flight model

* Significant performance in flight performance. Especially the trim setting is very realistic now, and takeoff and landing performance is still better than before
* Improved exterior model dimensions for more precision
* Perfect trim control now
* Fuel consumption still more realistic now

New features

* New flap handle: Has detents now and sticks exactly at these detents (1,2,5 etc.) much more precise!
* New trim indicators: Both sides (capt and f/o)
* New vvi indicators: progressive scale like in the real NG
* Flight directors have a real TOGA mode now you can use any joystick button or key to engage TOGA (no button on the 2D panel). Pretty cool, makes the takeoff procedure much more realistic!
* Completely new N1 MAX processor computes perfect N1 values for all flight phases. Much more realistic climb performance at high payloads, especially at low temperatures!
* For all those who don't like the jumpseat view: This x737 comes with an optional pilot view panel
* Lots of new datarefs, especially for the fuel unit and baro pressure unit (can be controlled via datarefs now)
* Seat bets chime operative now

Bugfixes

* Bugfixes
* Lots of Autopilot bugs fixed, especially:
* No more oscillations during ILS approach in low weight situations
* ILS approach offset fixed
* HDG bug fixed (359 -> 001 turns right now ;-)
* The worst bug has gone (I wonder that it was rarely reported, it wasn't a feature): No more pitching down when a vertical mode is engaged for the first time
* Yaw damper recoded for better slip compensation inflight
* AFCP (auxiliary fuel control panel) now visible for BBJ2
* Cabin pressurization operative again

Liveries

* A number of new liveries added most of them were distributed through the .org, we have bundled a number of them with the friendly permission of the authors. Many thanks to all livery painters!

Este x737 es la leche, pero el sistema de director de vuelo que tiene es la leche. Muuuuuuy sofisticado y hay que empollarse los manuales que vienen ... y entenderlos.

Yo esta la primera vez que consiga aterrizar en un ILS con este bicho haciendo una STAR completa.
